Documentary Films
An exciting combination of travels, tales and teamwork resulted in an array of documentaries that found their ways to a number of international film festivals. Drokpa’s works have travelled the world, winning two awards from United Nations agencies in the process.
We like breaking the conventional formats of documentary filmmaking while taking inspiration from the masters of the craft. We live with communities, move with them, laugh with them and never stop learning from the people we film.
Everyone has a story. At Drokpa, we strive to bring out those stories that transcend the barriers of language and culture. Our narratives are meant for the expert and the common man alike.

From documentaries to campaign videos, our lens encapsulates a wide variety of ideas. Our luggage is light equipment is minimal but our perspective is indeed broad.
